Gold Package: :
With the gold package, you can have your own unique secure certificate owned by you, giving your customers greater confidence in the your sites security. You also will also benefit from a custom mercurycart.com domain prefix (e.g. yourstore.mercurycart.com), again reinforcing customer confidence when shopping at your online store.

Platinum Package:
The ulitimate in security and customer confidence. You select any domain you would like to register, including a subset domain of your website URL for the cart to operate under (e.g. www.yourcartdomain.com or cart.yourdomain.com). You will benefit from the secure certificate reflecting your company name, and the URL also reflecting your company name.

Secure Certificate Services:
MercuryCart can offer the service of registering your company for a secure certificate with the industry leading Comodo Group. (InstantSSL.com) You can register for your certificate through MercuryCart to receive a discount on their standard rates. The prices for a secure certificate through MercuryCart are as follows:
InstantSSL Certificate: 1 year - $45.00, 2 year - $85.00, 3 year - $120.00
InstantSSL Pro Certificate: 1 year - $65.00, 2 year - $110.00, 3 year - $140.00

Shopping Cart Customizations:
One of the strenghts of MercuryCart is it's level of customization. Because each customer has their own code distribution, we can personalize the shopping cart to meet the specific needs of your company. Development is done by experts in both business and programming, who can advise you of the fastest and cheapest way to accomplish what you are looking for.
Customizations are quoted upon request, and are billed at a rate of $100.00/hour.

Cart De-branding:
We recognize that some people do not want their carts identified as a third party providers product. To that end we offer the ability to de-brand the cart, removing the MercuryCart button at the bottom of your cart pages. There is a one time fee of $35.00 to do this for your cart.

Technical Support:
At MercuryCart we believe that customer service should not be paid for. We will provide customer and technical support as required. However, there may be some non-cart related areas that may incur a charge for assistance (e.g. website hosting, website debugging and support). You will be advised at the time of your request whether the issue is covered as MercuryCart customer service and technical support.

* The standard MercuryCart certificate is backed by Comodo SSL one of the leading providers of internet security. While other certificates can be installed i.e. Thawte , VeriSign etc additional costs may be incurred in the setting up and installation of such certificates.
